Limited opening
Opening of the Dutch embassy in Tehran is limited. Due to technical problems, you cannot take the Basic Civic Integration Examination (BIB) there. The embassy is open only for:
- applying for an mvv visa sticker after approval from the IND
- applying for a Dutch passport
- legalisation.

DUO and the Tehran embassy are working hard to enable exams again. At this time, it is unknown when the embassy will reopen fully. Watch the embassy webpage for any updates.
